Case 01 : The item to be returned is of a returnable category & is within return policy days.
Returned item will be accepted and a voucher will be issued equal to the price of that item.
Case 02 : The item to be returned is of a non-returnable category & is within return policy days.
Customer Support Team will inform you that the item is non-returnable and hence the return request can’t be entertained.
Case 03 : The item to be returned is of a returnable category & exceeds return policy days.
Customer Support Team will inquire from you and confirm the date that the item was dispatched back to the warehouse, checking from tracking number if the item was dispatched within 7 days the return would be accepted and you will be given a voucher.
If it was dispatched after 7 days the return would not be accepted and hence no voucher will be given.
Case 04 : Wrong item sent to the customer.
In case if wrong item is sent to you which means you ordered something else and we sent a different thing then we’ll accept the return and give you a voucher.
Case 05 : Procedure for processing a warranty claim item.
In case you want to claim warranty for any item CS will direct you to the nearest warranty claim outlet. No warranty item should be returned at the warehouse if the seal is open.
